PRICING INFORMATION
All products are offered for sale under the Company's most current price list. We make every attempt not to adjust prices during the calendar year. However, ClinPro International Co. LLC reserves the right to revise all prices without advance notice unless contracted by written agreement for specific times under standing orders or firm bids. Highly competitive discounts are available with volume orders purchased by contract. If you have a pricing question, standing order request or wish to submit a bid request or tender offer, please contact our office. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

To expedite your order, the following information must be provided with each order :
1) Company name and telephone number
2) Contact person
3) Complete shipping address (No PO Box)
4) Complete billing address, if different
5) Purchase order number
6) Product description
7) Catalog number
8) Quantity required
9) Special instructions if any

For some products, a lead time of 4-6 weeks may be required. A Pro Forma Invoice will be issued for the order.

SHIPPING
Shipping is by our freight forwarder unless you request otherwise. Delivery is from ClinPro International Co. LLC to the airport nearest to your office. We will need your actual shipping address (not a P.O. Box) and the name of the contact person responsible for receiving the goods including their phone number. Please note that due to the temperature sensitivity of many ClinPro International Co. LLC products, the storage temperature is critical. Many hot climates exceed acceptable temperatures and exposed products may perish. If temperatures can exceed 22°C at any time during transfer or while clearing customs, please notify ClinPro International Co. LLC prior to shipping so proper precautions can be taken. Products requiring refrigeration will be shipped in insulated containers with reusable ice packs (dry ice substitute).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prepayment of all orders by electronic wire transfer is required. Bank information for wire transfer is provided on the Pro Forma Invoice. All shipments are CIF. Freight, the cost of document preparation and/or legalization, handling and the cost of reusuable ice packs must be prepaid. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes that their shipments may incur.

RETURN POLICY
Please carefully examine your shipments upon arrival. Report any problems (damaged shipments, incorrect quantities, incorrect product, etc.) by calling or sending a fax to ClinPro International. For quality control purposes, provide the lot number and expiration date. Returns and refunds will be at the discretion of ClinPro International. No returns can be accepted without written authorization and a Return Authorization Number. The circumstances of each request will be reviewed. ClinPro International Co. LLC cannot be responsible for expired goods. All authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a 15 % restocking charge. No credits, refunds or exchanges are allowed until all merchandise is received at ClinPro International Co. LLC.
